Dimensions 01–07

Brand Integrity

Clarity and effectiveness for people.

Dimensions 08–15

Signal Strength

Discovery and interpretation by systems.

Two indexes are reported side by side. They are never blended into one score.

Why this matters

Pharmaceutical companies operate in one of the most evidence-intensive digital environments in the world. Patients, healthcare professionals, investors, regulators, partners and AI systems encounter different parts of the organization through product information, science, corporate content, media and third-party sources.

The question is no longer simply whether the website looks credible. It is whether the organization's identity, evidence and offerings remain clear as information moves across that wider system.

Brand & Signal measures both sides: the integrity of the owned digital experience and the strength of the external signal carrying it.
